Following up the regular e-mails, I will be grateful if all of you can try to attend this
By then we will only be four days away from hosting the biggest Sporting Event our Club has ever organised. It is all going well and most of the work has been done, but I think we need to BRIEF you all about what will happen on Sunday 23rd July 2006 and what we can all do to make it a memorable success.
It is essential that we put in all our efforts to help on this event, as the potential upside for the club will be felt for many years to come. We have potential for attracting new players, new sponsors and press interest in Windsor Cricket Club, that will benefit all by improving the club's facilities and making the club a focal point for the sport in the community. You only have to look at the support the rugby club gets to see the positive effects that a large scale event can have.
