Dear Members,
Over the last few weeks I have been asked on numerous occasions, who would be in the team to face the Lords’ Taverners Celebrity X1 on Sunday 23rd July 2006.
I am now in a position to confirm the following members have been selected to represent Windsor Cricket Club: -
Craig Bird – Captain
Brian Davis
Abe Smith
Paul Huggins
Tom Bullock
Robert Noble
Oliver Birch
Alex Hill
Nick Cornish
Chris Edge
Chris Kellard
Kevin Condon – 12th man
I hope that everyone will want to be involved in some way on the day and we are looking for volunteers to assist. The clubhouse will be open and Smithy, Gary and Kitch are running a beer tent. There is also a colt’s game on in the morning. Please contact either Tony Monk or myself to advise us of your availability.
The whole day is to not only to raise funds for Rotary and the Lords’ Taverners but to also generate monies for the much needed refurbishment of our nets.
